I played a super trick
I went to RTO, Rajajinagar, Bangalore to get a duplicate RC Book, as original was lost. Luckily, I had a almost a khaaki colored pant and a white shirt which I wore and forced myself to the Superintendent of RTO and asked him about a fictitious staff and told him some fictitious address of that person. He lost his patience and asked me what I want. I told him the purpose and he immediately asked a lady staff to do the needful. Believe it or not, I got the RC book very next day without a bribe! which otherwise would have taken about a month and bribe of Rs.900!
