I refused for bribe and they send false police verification report and my passport has been cancelled

I applied for passport and then a police man(named sri krishna gopal panday) from my nearest police station (alambagh, lucknow) came to me for police verification and demanded 500/- for making my report but i refused. After that he send a false report and my passport has been cancelled and i missed a chance to job in New york.
