Dear all Concerning Authorities and Officers,
I Want all of you to notice my request from your valuable time, so my issue is with my physical police verification for my passport which i applied on 13th Oct, 2014.
I applied for the passport and 13th of Oct 2014 and i was granted and i cleared all the rounds of passport at Jodhpur on 22nd of the Oct 2014, and i was told that one police verification will held at my address in Jalore where im currently residing from past many years, i said okay.
On 26-10-2014, One man called me namely P.R. Meena from number +918764859511 and identifies himself as a Police constable of our Rajendra Nagar Area, and then he said u applied for the passport and i said yes, and then he told me to come to his place at Hospital Police Chowki with my docuements and i said okay im coming in 15 minutes.
Then i reached their with my all original and photocopies of the documents, and then he told me to make a set of each 2 copies of photocopies of all my documents and while i was making set of my documents he was checking my original documents, then he gave a paper to me to sign on it and sign each documents that i gave to him, i did the same.
When all the procedure completed and i asked him that can i leave sir now if my all process is completed, then he said yes your all process is completed , but what about my deewali bonus (Deewali ki Kharchi) .. when he told this i got a doubt in mind that he is talking about bribe, but im a big fighter against corruption, then i told him that sir government is paying you salary and they are paying you 120 INR extra for doing each verification for passport then why you asking for money from me ? then he said u have to give the money to me otherwise i will not send you your documents to passport office and i will leave a negative character about you, then i said how come u do this sir, when i have been so polite to you and i have all legal documents and u can check my address also it is valid, then he started telling me that if "agar SP ya collector ko bhi passport banna hai to unko bhi paise dene padenge, tum jo koi bhi ho paisa diye bina me nhi bhejunga, then i told him sir i have already paid passport office fee 1500 INR to make my passport , now why should i pay, then he told if u wont pay i wont send your documents, i said okay, do whatever u want to do, but i will not give a single penny in the name of bride, he said okay and then told me to get out, and in this all process my another friend who also came to do same police verification was treated same by that Police constable. then searched on internet that what is ideal time to complete police verification and it was 21 days, so i waited for 21 days so that i can take action legally now.
I want from you people to take a strict action against this man and do the needful for me otherwise im going to email the same thing to Hon. Prime minister, Hon. Home Minister and Hon. Chier Minister and all anti corruption departments.
