I was asked to pay a bribe of 100/- for updating Aadhaar data

I went to below Aadhar enrollment centre for updating my mobile no.

In-charge person - Neelam Devi 9934584696
She asked me to pay Rs. 100 as a bribe. I completely refused to pay the same. she got angry and told me its a mandatory fee which I need to pay. I denied paying the bribe.
After a short refute , She agreed and finally gave me a URN(update Request No) no , but when i tried to check the status of my update in aadhar update status it says "Incorrect Aadhar/ URN no"
what to do now ?
