This refers to my e4arlier report on I paid a bribe. But the same is I did not pay bribe and struggled for change of posting as declaring me surplus, posting to far off place are agaist the clear guidelines of not only gov. of Gujarat but even it violates the election commission's guidelines. I have represented directly for justice and invoked RTI during middle of Aug 2013. There is no reply for anything from any authority either education dept, Collector as Dist election Officer or Chief Election Officer. Kindly help[.
