Sir,
We are victim of illegal construction and illegal mutation.We have already received demolition order from Howrah Zilla Parishad after full hearing.At the time of hearing we found that the mutation of the property is also obtained from the office of Block Land and Reforms Office under P.S.Sankrail.Dist-Howrah on the basis fake legal heir certificate and was authenticated by BL&R.O.tHE SAME CERTIFICATE WAS ISSUED BY Andul Gram Panchayet and the police was not willing to take any action against Ad interim injunctions and 144 cr.p.c.Even I was asked by Mr.Manas Chowdhury (Revenue Inspector)ANDUL Gram Panchayet before inspection to give him for his wife (AGENT OF LIC) two NEW LIC POLICIES but I am failed to give him new policies.As a result he has not submitted inspection report though he has visited the disputed site. Vigilance Department has informed vide memo-CON/05/12/126/LR DT.05.11.2012.Even my ld Advocate has received rupees 1000/-for legal services but failed to deliver his professional service.(Ref Case-246/11,5th Court Jr.Division (Civil Howrah).The matter is also subjudice.
