Made to wait for Learners Licence
I was made to wait at the RTo to otain a learners licence and I was made to come back 6 times for the same just because I refused to pay a bribe. People who came thru learning schools and agents got licence almost immediately while I was made to wait till the end of the queue and in the end the guy printed my date of birth wrongly for which I was made to come 4-5 times to the RTO office to just change it.
