Mrs Delphina Menezes receives damaging personal judgement in Goan Court of Law
MRS Delphina Menezes lost her court case in Goa and a strong personal judgment against her showed her to be a woman of poor morals.
She is a self proclaimed top Business Woman of Panajim.
She was found in the judgement that took nearly 15 years of court time to arrive at that she had misused the Indian Court to obtain money illegally. The documents she produced in the trial were null and void . The document in question was a Sales Deed. Her male friend who was her principal witness also produced so called legal documents which also were found to be valueless and in his case the documents were Powers of Attorney signed as a true fact by Mrs Delphina Menezes.
I thought that she would accept the learned Judges findings which were covered in a 35 page Judgement that showed her to be a woman of low morals. However; an Appeal was lodged by her Advocate who had put her in this unenviable situation through no other reason than his desire for money.
It was money and the demand for money from me that caused this case. I refused to pay Mrs Delphina Menezes 40000 rupees in 1999 . She threatened me by demanding this money and if I did not pay her I would land in court as No 6 in a case I had nothing to do with. I refused to pay her naturally.
The next unbelievable situation is that the Appeal was to be heard in the Fast Court in Goa.
After my 19th appearance in front of the Learned Judge over 3 years. The Appeal started in 2014 and it is now 20016. I again because from day one the Appeal has NOT MOVED ONE INCH AS THE ADVOCATE SENDS JUNIOR FEMALE YOUNG ADVOCATES WHO ARE SENT AWAY BY THE JUDGE AS THE APPEAL IS NOT PRESENTED CORRECTLY.
I was taught that an Appeal can only be considered if there is a likely hood of success. Can you picture the Court of Appeal waiting all these many months for a correct Appeal to even start. Justice delayed is justice denied.
Of course the male friend of Mrs Delphina Menezes and Mrs Delphina Menezes are SO SO HAPPY FOR WHERE IN THIS WORLD CAN THEY PAY A JUNIOR ADVOCATE SO LITTLE EVER MONTH TO DELAY THE FACT THAT THEY BOTH ILLEGALLY OCCUPY A BUILDING THAT WOULD COST THEM THOUSANDS OF RUPEES WHEN THE YOUNG ADVOCATE COSTS POSSIBLY 2000 RUPEES A MONTH!!!!!!!
Sadly the Learned Judge is not prepared to dismiss the Appeal and start criminal proceedings against ALL INVOLVED for speaking to documents produced in an Indian Court knowing them to be false.
