Paid Bribe for Tenent Verification

In Kalamboli Police station when I went to submit Tenent Verification form, He asked for 200 Rs straight and I had to pay. I already faced rude behaviour of police there after asking where to go for verification so I paid without asking any question. Polive reforms are needed badly in this country.
