I was asked to pay to 'fees' to get things moving at the Station. When asked what fees the policeman implied, he replied in a nonchalant manner 'College Fees', but with a smile on his face. I walked out of the Station thanking him and returned the next day and met his superior who, for a change, didnt ask for 'fees'. Was then able to get my work done, without paying a bribe.
