Payment without receipt is also bribe
I was stopped at a Traffic light, becos i was on the right lane and went straight when both lights turned green. I was told that i had to pay Rs 100/- as fine, but he cant give me a receipt. When i insisted on a receipt, my license was impounded and told to go to the police chowky and collect it. I was also warned that it wont be easy for me.
I went paid the fine and got back my license..it was very easy. I am glad I didnt get pressurised into paying the fine without receipt.
