PORTABILITY OF VEHICLE REGISTRATION NUMBER
Why is that vehicle registration no has to be changed if you decide to settle down in some other state. just becos state govt wants to make some more money. this leads to lot of harrasment.
i suggest it should be made portable and valid all over india.
