PWD OFFICER AND ACB HAVE A NEXUS
PWD officer ask me for 3000rs for a building safety certificated and rwhen I refuse to give them the sum, they talked rudely after hat I went to ACB office Jodhpur and they ask me to try once more. Very next day I go to PWD office and without saying a word about ACB or anything special they handover me the certificate instantly. I was surprised how these morons changed.....
I have strongly feeling that there is a nexus between PWD and ACB....
