Registration Of House Property without Bribe
I am very happy that we haven't paid bribe for my property registration,
It was morning at 10:30 AM my self and my wife decided not pay even one single rupee as bribe, we went well equipped with camera and everything , we had done one week preparation, bought DD for correct stamp duty & Reg charges, we was registering for the actual sale price, no black only white we strictly instructed seller also, I know i may have to pay more for stamp duty, but not worried for paying stamp duty to govt(better than paying bribe), and went to Rajajinagar Registration office, I know the processes of registration, I started my self moving the documents from verification to data entry and for signatures etc. in between one guy who assists sub-registrar, interrupted me and asked me charges for office expenses , I told him let the work be done , we will discuss this later, once all the work is done , my document is registered, now it went for signature and seal this is also done, , I understood that after this they cant stop us , if we refuse to pay, I took my sale deed with all signatures of all, then subregistrar called me to her office chamber with her assistant then asked for office expenses, I told her every document which is required for registration is submitted, u asked for original katha , upto date tax paid recipt , everything is there, asked her back why should i pay you, I am paying reg charges, in form of dd, why should i pay you bribe and I argued, I also threatened them that I have recorded all the communication in my secret camera, She came to know that we are strong and she was in very uncomfort zone, she also told that she has to pay for her higher officiels, I said that is ur problem, I am not responsible, ask them to contact me if it is regarding my registration.. She said sir collect your documents and you can leave, I told her , I know what to do, ok, do you want me to upload this video in internet , she begged not to.. But I was very happy about not paying bribe for my registration
