Rs. 5000 /- for registering a FIR
I am a Advocate by profession and practice in Ulhasnagar, I went to police station for giving a written complaint along with my client , and Police Sub-Inspector ****. ****** J. ********** was on duty. He directly upfrontly demanded Rs. 5000/- for registering a FIR instead of taking written complaint......when I told him that my client is a poor lady and she could not afford it...on that he started abusing me and assaulted me by saying that " tum vakilon ko charabi chad gayi he aur tum log har jagah apni naak ghusate rahate ho... jaa apne client ko mujhse baat kara.....
