Stolen Bike Traced By Police in 2 months But still in Police Custody 8.5 months over
Rammurthynagar FIR no.154/13 my Bike was stolen from kasturinagar on 5th April and Ceased in vizag gopalapatnam PS under Cr. no. 130/13 u/s 380 of IPC on 28th May but till now i am struggling with police to get my vehicle already more than 8 months over they are telling different state problem jurisdiction different Vishakapatnam Court has rejected the Release Application saying it is Bangalore Jurisdiction here Court is not passing order saying that it is same level authority the can't give order to same level, i don't know how long it will take Further this all happen just bcoz i was asked a bribe of 15000 by the police when my bike was found and i was unable to pay such amount i don't wanna reveal the name of any person just help me out getting my bike again please i don't it is so complicated for our system to give the possession of property to the owner, hopefully that thief would have also came out of jail till now i don't how much time my bike will take . :(
