Submitting annual returns...
I approached ALC 4 at Bannerghatta Road for renewing my clients contract labour license and it was renewed with half yearly returns also...
However, i could not take a copy of half yearly returns, which was required for my client for compliance with his main employer. Went to the same department to take a copy of it. Pat comes the answer from the officer." Sorry we cant search the papers again"...After 2 visits she said " bring another copy of returns i will give you acknowledgement. When went there, she was "Expecting" money from me...I raised my voice and said if you cant give acknowledgment, please give it in writing.........At last with a small arguement, i got the acknowledgment.
