Talking like they are the boss
I have just turned to 18 and I want apply for my driving license. I go to my nearest RTO office and everything there was totally messed up. No sign, instructions etc. Though what I have seen to internet, it was not at all like that, other official saying ,"it might take 2 month for learning license and it will get expire soon. If you allow me I will do this work a bit faster for money". Just outside they RTO office, there was 2-3 individual claiming they can make every process easy and fast and I should met them I don't know what was going on but after I met the guy, he was charging huge fees...almost rs 2200 and said your driving license should be ready within 7-days...Seriously, no test, no assignments, I mean on what basis you are doing this work. I am with our PM narendra modi ji, and I will not support corruption. But though I have not applied for license till date because I dont support corruption and I fear if they use my ID for any bad purpose, the corruption is still heavy in these untouched areas like:- RTO office, 'tehesel', and other government sectors which remain in shadows....please modi ji, solve this, I am with U.....
