Then SHO Md Shamim Khan Missing registred complaints thrice and not take any action on offender
I lodged a complaint on 23.06.2014 by Speed Post no ED984740272IN against Shri Krishan Saran Mishra S/o Late Shri Shyam Lal Mishra,hereinafter called non-complainant/trespasser and his three sons named S/Shri Narsingh Dass, Ram Janki, Ram Kankan and his daughters in law and their accomplices regarding threatening, taking illegal possession of my house, trespassing the said house and committing theft in the same house.
Sent RTI application on on dated 04-08-2014 under speed Post ED453608709IN
Send Reminder by Speed post but in RTI reply stated that the same were not available at BAR Police Station despite we provide all the PODs. I made complaint to SP Lalitpur and sent 2 Reminder Complaint against Md Shamim Khan or other for missing correspondence causing the complainant mental harassment but nothing happen till now.
