I am a resident of Vill-Borbori,PO PS-Laharighat,Dist.-Morigaon(Assam).I visited the concerned district DTO office go reissue my lost driving license.I went there 3-4 times, but the officials did not respond go my case.Finally a lady official seated in the entrance of the office asked for bribe to search the registration number.
