My 2 wheeler was towed from Shastrinagar, Ahmedabad on 2/6/2014…
My 2 wheeler was towed from Shastrinagar, Ahmedabad on 2/6/2014 while i was paying bill from vodafone kiosk. and taken to Ellisbridge police station. I went to p[ay thepenalty and get my bike. However, Police Officer Mr. Chaudhary asked to pay Rs.700 as penalty and give an application in written that this would never happen again.Whereas as per law, the fine is only Rs. 100 for 2 wheeler.
