I had previously complained against Mr. Rathod in Borivali Metropolitan Magistrate Court. I paid a bribe forwarded this to the authorities.
I was surprised to see Mr. Rathod again in the co-operative court 4, Ballard Estate and a related civil case was pending there. Here too Mr. Rathod is at it again. He is the court interpreter and has willfully misplaced the court orders for an amendment with a view to delay summons for a hearing which is due in few days. The other court staff were also blaming him for the loss of files.
Such transfer of unscrupulous people from one court to another only moves around the problem from one place to another. This will not remove the corruption of someone who is habituated to it.
He needs to be punished as he has committed a crime of I.P.C Chapter XI Offences against public justice.
