Was asked to 200 rs and take the vehicle back - Malleswaram
I and my husband went shopping to Malleshwaram, we unfortunately parked the vehicle in a car parking space. Of course the cops are very dedicated to things that fetch them money. We returned after an hour, and the bike was towed away . We then had to go to the cop station to retrieve our vehicle , which was in the police station very close to a famous hospital. To help, the inspector dealing with it was Chikkahejjiah .We reach the cop station and we were asked to go to a place where vehicles were parked, we reach there and the towers spoke to us. The towers were basically middle men of the cops and stated we can pay 200 instead of 300 and get away. We said no, we want a receipt. The middle men then said , okay wait .We waited for 45 minutes and the cop was I don't know where. there were two other cops standing right there and least interested in coming forward .I even approached one of them and he didn't care . All the while the cop was speaking to the towers but never to us, finally the cop never spoke to us. One of the middle men gave us a receipt and we moved from there.What shocks me is why did we have to wait that long? right in front of us , I saw many people paying the bribe and leaving .
