Where is Shillong in the list?
I failed to understand where is my City not in the list. Maybe my folks aren't aware of this site. Let me pass on to them.
To my utmost and beautiful imagination, Meghalaya is no less a Bribe-free state. In fact I would bet on it, that it would feature in the 2nd or 3rd spot. There's just too much of expensive and hard-core bribing and corruption in Meghalaya.
