A Bengaluru based fraud real estate company has cheated 10K middle
A Bengaluru based fraud real estate company has cheated 10K middle class people. The company promised to give Flat on reasonable price but neither he provided Flat nor refunded money. Owner of the company is habitual offender of cheating. In 2009, he escaped from Court of Law after cheating 800 people in Bengaluru and in 2011 he launched fraud real estate company in same city Bengaluru after changing his original name. Again he opened two more fraud real estate company. The biggest fraudster awarded by IEDRA, welcomed by VIPs (Minister, MP, Film stars, IPL players etc so people believed in him and invested in his company. CID doing investigation but not inquiring IEDRA & VIPs. We have written to KK Govt. to direct CBI probe but no response. 1. CAN WE FILE PIL IN HIGH COURT OR SUPREME COURT TO DIRECT CBI PROBE INTO THE SAID MULTI-CRORE REALTY SCAM ? 2. CAN WE BLAME GOVERMENT FOR THE FRAUDS DONE BY REAL ESTATE COMPANY SINCE FRAUDSTER ESCAPED FROM POLICE IN 2009, AWARDED BY IEDRA AND WELCOMED BY VIPs ?
