A person has encroached on our land in Adipur Ward 2-B and has made illegal construction on the plot without getting any permission from Gandhidham Development Authority. We have already raised the matter the GDA, but still no action has been taken inspite number of reminders. GDA has wrote us that the matter is submitted in the Civil Court Gandhidham. We want to know how the GDA has given permission for constructing on the said plots
