Actually i have a licence of MCWG and LMV made from maharastra transport dept. which has all india permit ,but my home town is Assam ,Silchar can i able to drive my vehicle in my state or i have to submit any document in DTO Assam,but i dont have NCO.Can you pliz help me out for this Question .
