Already I have a birth certificate of my daughter after changing her name from saisrita mohanty to sanvi mohanty. Now her certificate shows her name like saisrita @sanvi mohanty. But her school authority is not accepting the single name sanvi mohanty only. So I want to change her name to the original name or how can I Use only a single name.
