Apply for Passport on : 06.07.2017
Police verification done and report sent to Regional Passport Office on : 29.07.2017
Complaint registered on 24.09.2017 with reference ID 1730508138 and on 28.09.2017 with ID 1730509010.
In reply of both complaints I have receive same answer like : "The Service request has been resolved successfully." What it mean??? No one inform the status of my passport. The help-desk readdress system working fake on every complaint and reply that service has been resolved without any action.
Kindly let me know the status of my passport.
