As per new statement NA certificate is not needed to convert agriculturalland to Non agricultural. For conversion you have to pay 75% of ready reckoner to collector.

But was not able to find GR for the same.
Please help on this...since peoplehere still says you need to have Collector permission is needed and we have not got any GR from government
