Auditor paid bribe on my behalf without even telling me

My tax account was picked for detailed scrutiny when i was out of station. I shortly received the assessment order with zero assessment. I then got a bill for "consultancy fees" from the audit firm for an outrageous amount. I have refused to pay this, since it was obviously a bribe given by the auditor to the IT official. The auditor refuses to return my original documents to me until I settle this bill, what can I do about this?

Register yourself with the Income Tax Department using the URL http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/26ASTaxCreditStatement.asp. After registration you will be in a position to view your tax statement filed with IT department for a particular assessment year and can also download the same.
