During 2009, 3 of us got a Katha, but we were subsequently told they were fake and we asked to return it; that a PIL has been lodged by someone (since there were many such cases), and therefore no Katha is being issued temporarily! I have paid all Taxes as on today and I get the bill from BESCOM in my name. I am the first owner and I have the original Sale Deed with the IDBI Bank with whom I have the Housing Loan. What should I do to get Katha!??
