BSNl is 100 percent state owned public enterprise. Despite circulars for No work no pay by BSNL on strike period, no deduction of salary reflectedeven no leave application. Employees not bother for the same. The salary is from public money, BSNL is loss running Govt. Company having 50,000 crores and more loss, No service on strike day for public. Management silent even after servicing of legal notice. Whether a matter of PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION
