Can I travel with 2 bottles of liquor from Goa to Mumbai with a Govt of Goa excise permit which says that iam allowed to transport the liquor from Goa to Mumbai.
I paid a bribe of Rs 1000 to cops at Panvel Railway Station as they were adamant that the permit which I was carrying was not sufficient.
