Corrupt criminal cats of punjab bereaucracy and health,keeping me without pay /subsistence since 1990
I am without pay and subsistence since 1990.,due to criminal conspiracy of corrupt cats of health deptt. punjab [from SMO TO SECRETARY level. ], in malafide violation and contempt of all c.s.rules and constitution .secretary didnot obey the high court order in 1996, and saved himself from the contempt of the court by getting sign of governor on the reply to high court,.[ malafide criminal conspiracy ], bloody corrupt smo , cmo , ADHS, and secretary did not give me justice despite enquiry report in my favour in 1993, as i did not pay to any body for my rights due under rules and laws , as per high court order 1996.**********to these bloody corrupt cats of punjab and IAS ADM.----PLZ HELP.
