Currently I'm residing in Navi Mumbai since more than 15 years,
Currently I'm residing in Navi Mumbai since more than 15 years, I have a valid driving license issued by Mumbai RTO where I was residing before I came to Navi Mumbai, the current DL is set to expire on 19th Aug 2016, which also contains errors in it, viz.. wrong year of birth & old residence address, now.. can I not renew the same at all, let it expire then apply for new DL in my current residence area which is also a different RTO jurisdiction too..
