Dear sir,
I am loyal customer of bsnl landline since more than 25 years. At present I got connection in Panchavati, Nashik, I have shifted to my new residence in Indira nagar, Nashik.
Unfortunately I am not getting my transfer connection of Landline as I was told bsnl has no enough materials to connect in that area , though in same building ( 10 yr old society) , few connections are already alloted.
sir, kinldly solve my question , is proper escuse for bsnl to refuse transfer of 25 year old connection?
