Dear Sir,
I had been to Saudi Arabia for hajj last year(2014),The passport was submitted to hajj travel agent. it was found barcode slip was pasted over my passport barcode(without disturbing original barcode). Upon enquiring , to agent told that my passport barcode was not readable at the saudi embassy. to get visa issue they pasted the same barcode print on paper externally. Now my passport pages are finished. I have applied for new book. I am out of india, the indian embassy have refused issue new book without any proper clarification. mentioning that it has been send to dehli. I have paid penalty and new book charges.
I have given a letter mentioning complete details and the agent to embassy officer. with the same pasted barcode I traveled a lot crossed around 13 emigration centers(over 5 countries including india)no body objected about this, Once Mumbai emigration checked it @ arrival they found it ok . Please guide me regarding this
