Dear Sir, I have passport which was expired in 2016. The problem

Dear Sir,

I have passport which was expired in 2016.
The problem is : My name in passport is as per my birth certificate, i.e
MALLAVARAPU KRISHNA CHAITHANYA.

But in all my certificates my name is different i.e
MALLAVARAPU KRISHNA CHAITANYA.
So the difference is in between CHAITANYA AND CHAITHANYA..
Now , I want to renew my passport along with correction in name....
Please advise me..
