Dear Sir , I was born 07-05-1991. In my birth certificate my name is mentioned as Jagmohan. Where as in all my documents from school to college, it is Gaurav Kumar. I have to apply for passport but without this it is not possible. I have to correct my birth certificate. Please let me know what to do?
