Dear Sir,

We are the manufacturer of Frozen Green Peas in the State of Uttrakhand. We are also having rented frozen cold room in Lucknow city of Uttar Pradesh having TIN No and CST No under UP VAT Act as a trader. Now we would like to construct our own cold room in Lucknow city to store and sell the frozen fruits and vegetables. We are buying Cold Room Panels, Refrigeration system and other accessories required to build a cold room from Haryana State. Please advise whether we can buy these capital goods against C form on 2% CST.
