Dear Sir/Madam,
We have house constructed in revenue land which is in my father name, who is not now.
we are 2 children, how to get the khata transferred
Whether it has to transfer to my mother then it has to transferred to us
or any one can get the khata on compromising background.
Kindly help me understanding present documentation process...
