For booking motor cycle in railway station.. The clerk peoples (babus) their, asks for packing the bike with packing charges Rs. 200..
My question is that is it the railways authority's responsibility for packing and transporting the bike...
As one of the railway officer told me that the cost you pay to the railways for transporting the bike is also included with the packing charges
Is it true or not???
