Friends,recently i got my DL -PERMANENT ,BUT my name without surname,dad's name without surname and house address were half printed. when i enquired at the help desk -they suggested me to apply through a challan of Rs.420. i did filled application, got a letter from rta about this(while i requested him to speak he was not listening to me).MY QUERY IS WILL PASSPORT OFFICER REJECT SUCH CARD(MY CARD IS SMART CHIP ENABLED-RTA DATA BASE CONTAINS FULL DATA)?
