The first thing when tackling corrupt individuals is to lose your fear. If you are afraid, then corruption will not magically go away. I suggest that those who have been harassed by the doctors concerned go in a group and complain to the vigilance authorities in the railways, with specific details of the corrupt acts of these doctors.
