Hello

I have got an admission letter from Boston University , USA for Masters in Info Systems .

For fees purpose I have to apply for education loan , in which I understood my parents have to become co-borrower for me. We have purchased a 3 BHK house at RG luxury Homes in Noida extension in 2010 on installment basis to builder group only. Till date we have submitted all installments on time and only one installment which is to be due at the time of posession and registry amount is left. The builder group has said to give possesion in the month of december 2016. Can I have education loan against this property, as this is the only collateral property we have?
