Hello Sir, I belongs from Pathankot Punjab and My kids were born
Hello Sir, I belongs from Pathankot Punjab and My kids were born in remote location of J& K in 2004 & 2005 and at that time due to no facility we have not registered them neither got their birth certificates. Now from last 4 years I am working in Mumbai and My kids are also studying in 9th and 7th standards but we don't have their birth certificates. Kindly suggest us how to get their birth certificates.
