Hi,

After 7 years of hard work, I managed to buy a small piece of land which is around Bangalore.

The cost of the land is 6,20,000/- . Due to a corrupt politician, the registration was delayed since 2015.

Now after all the approvals and loan, the Subregistrar of Magadi has become a pain in the ass and is asking for a bribe of 25000/- for registering the property.

Please suggest if I have to pay the bribe or is there any other way of registering the land legally.
