Hi,
I am doing B.Tech. My College is asking for Rs 6000 from the students who have received scholarship and without that they are not giving the hall ticket for exam. They are also threatening to cut the marks if we dont give it. Please help. Last year also they took this amount from all the students who received scholarship. It was already very difficult to afford my education for my parents and now they are asking for money like this. Please let me know very urgently as where can I report it to get some help.
