Hi ,

I have a query..10-12 years back my father inlaw had purchased a property in bommanahalli area, and currently khata is in previous owner name. Now my father inlaw wants to gift that property to his daughter. Question is can we get the khata transfer directly into his daughter name or do we first get khata transferred to my father inlaw's name and get the gift deed done and apply for khata transfer from father inlaw to his daughter name..pls suggest. Thanks in advance..
